Remember Me????????

I know it has been much too long since I've posted, but I want to talk about socks right now.
The first photo is Quinn, draped with the Quinnie socks. When Quinn has those eyes open they are big baby blues, so I thought the Sockotta looked a bit like the boy. If you have known me & my knitting for long, you are probably amazed to see a long circular needle in this photo. This is my third pair of socks being done a la magic loop, and I've been enjoying myself.
The second photo is the only finished sock in my UFO pile (that's UnFinished Objects to you non knitters.) I still have another sock to go in this pair. It's Cascade Fixation, and it looks so good with my new Vera Bradley bag. I bought the bag as a gift to myself when I lost 25 lbs.
Vicki wants me to photo the unfinished socks all at once, but I think I need to brace you all for the shock. You see, there is a reason that I reminded people of UFO Mondays on the Ample Knitters List. I have a huge backlog of projects, and I can't bring myself to look at them all at one time. At last count, there were 10 pair of unfinished socks here at Chez Quinn, Pat, Precious, Monte, and Paula. May I blame them on one of those other names here?
